Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS) has recently merged with the Ohio Department of Mental Health. The National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) is a division of the National Institute of Health (NIH). Each has developed its own categories and definitions of prevention.
