1. The family business is looking to expand, and some members of the family, but not all, feel that it might be worth bringing in someone from the outside to fill one of the new management positions because the family talent has been pretty much exhausted. Design a process for hiring an external manager. What things should be considered when hiring someone into this situation? How might you get buy-in from all family members?
2. Find three small business websites. Analyze each website for how effective it is? Do they communicate trustworthiness? Why you would or would not trust each site.? Be specific.
Exercise Instructions: You have two topics to answer. You should create a minimum of a one page response for each topic. So you should have a minimum of two pages of content for each assignment, in addition to your Title page and Reference. Submission should be in APA formatted paper with substantial content. Substantial content requires staying on topic and fully addresses the assignment in a clear, concise, and meaningful manner. The deliverable length of your posting responses should be around 1+ pages of content per question.
