Hello, this is a small project. You will need to complete five journals. I will attach examples. I am basically doing a rotation at my hospital and need to complete journals base on what I see everyday. Based on the journals I will send as an example you can choose different topics and guide yourself to complete 5 new journals. No more than one page. 3 small paragraphs should be enough.
