This section includes two parts:
Part I. Introduction
For the first part, please write an introduction of the company; this may include its purpose of founding, its mission statement, the backgrounds of the founders and their origin of ideas, its current status and movements in the foreseeable future, etc.
Part 2. Global growth history and competitiveness of the company
This part includes two small parts:
1)Global growth history: As you can see, this part focus on history, specifically its history of operating globally. A timeline of major events is strongly encouraged to illustrate its global historical progress. In addition to that, please make sure you indicate the reasons behind each of its major transitions or movements and the subsequent results.
2)Global competitiveness: After a certain level of understanding of the company, you should now be able to analyze what give the company a step ahead in the intense global competition. In other words, what are the competitive advantages that distinguish the company from the rest of the market participants? Identify the competitive advantages and explain your reasoning.
Requirements:
1.This section should be more than five single-spaced pages (2,500 words). So please be prepared for some research and analysis.
2.The case material I uploaded only works as one source for your research and analysis. You are more than welcome to use other outside sources. Please make sure all your sources are published in or after 2017 and are credible (meaning they cannot be Wikipedia or a personal blog unless the owner is a famous scholar). Please make sure all your sources are cited correctly in APA7 format.
3.Please be advised that you may find similar answers and contents, but here I need ORIGINAL writing and answers.
