Choose an empirical research article from a peer-reviewed journal related to your research topic. An empirical study is one in which the authors pose research question(s)/hypotheses, collect and analyze data, and discuss results and implications.
Write a summary review and critique the article according to The Article Critique: General Guidelines Website (http://www.writing.utoronto.ca/advice/specific-types-of-writing/book-review). Include an introduction section on why you chose the article and how its information is useful or relevant to your research topic.
Your critique should be 2 to 3 pages. No abstract is needed. Follow APA style for citing references.
