Action Item Exercise Reflection 1
Chapters 4-7 in the Karlins book each have accompanying exercises to help you practice/prepare for your action steps. If you have not already done so, please complete those exercises now (see chapters 19-22).
Once you have completed all relevant exercises, please select one to focus on in this reflection. Then, please reflect back on what you learned as a result of this exercise and answer the following questions:
- Why did you select this particular exercise to reflect on?
- What did you learn as a result of completing this exercise?
- How can/will you apply what you’ve learned during this exercise to your life?
In order to be eligible for full credit, your submission must answer all of the above questions and consist of at least 250 thoughtful, proofread words. It will be scored using the Reflection Rubric, which is attached to this assignment.
